You probably have seen something similar. Most likely we all have at some point as this has been gathered from research, news reports & reading articles over the years as well as my own experience.
I put everything together in hopes of helping people to eat healthier.
You never used to hear of kids getting sick- well colds and such. But now you hear of kids getting cancer, high blood pressure and all sorts of terrible diseases.
A friend’s daughter had high blood pressure before she was 10. HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE!? That used to be an old person’s disease- no offense to anyone but I think that you know what I mean. You only used to hear about it in older people or people in high pressure jobs but never in a child under the age of 10?
But, this girl was eating a lot of fast food, processed foods, unhealthy snacks and hardly a vegetable in sight-unless it was fried.
